Returns & Exchanges
At Jaishree Designs, we take great care to inspect and pack each order before it leaves our warehouse. Each garment is processed only after a confirmed payment and goes through multiple quality checks to ensure it meets our standards.
However, in the rare event that you receive an incorrect size or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@jaishreedesigns.com within 3 days of receiving your package to initiate the exchange process.
Conditions for an exchange:
- The item received is a different size than the one ordered.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- You must email info@jaishreedesigns.com within 3 days of receiving the package, detailing your reason for
- requesting an exchange.
- Please note that any items sent without prior email communication will not qualify for an exchange.
- Once we acknowledge your email, the items must be returned to us within 10 days.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us; we do not provide return shipping services.
The following conditions apply to items for Return & Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and instructions.
- Items must be free of makeup stains or any other visible wear and tear.
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be included with the return.
- Items must be purchased directly from www.jaishreedesigns.com. Products bought from third-party platforms
- or stores will not be eligible for exchange.
- If the item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged parts, ripped fabric), it may be returned for a replacement
- or store credit upon approval.
If the item qualifies for an exchange after our quality check, we will offer a replacement size if available. In case of a price difference between the returned and exchanged item, we will either issue store credit or provide a payment link for any outstanding balance. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
If your item does not meet the exchange criteria, we will notify you via email. You will then need to either arrange to pick it up from our warehouse or pay ₹200 for shipping, and we will return the package to you.
Please note:
- Credit notes, if issued, will cover the product price only and will not include the original shipping costs. Credit
- notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on items shipped internationally or on custom-made orders.
At Jaishree Designs, we strive to maintain the highest quality in our fabrics and craftsmanship. However, as we use natural fabrics, we cannot guarantee protection against natural wear, stretching, shrinkage, fading, or slight color variations over time.
